Amy Keed

I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated college at the University of Phoenix with Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Upon obtaining my degree, I had gone on to advance my skillset in the pursuit of travel, broker finance, technology and data industries where I held positions in financial operations, client relations, travel and event planning, which then lead me to entrepreneurship. I am incredibly passionate about my community and I show that by dedicating my time and efforts in volunteering to various organizations.

What I do.

Today, I am an advocate and volunteer fighting for the cure for pancreatic cancer. I have been working alongside the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network - Nevada Affiliate to raise support for scientific research and patient care to those who are dealing with cancer.

I am a children’s book author and have published educational and storybook fairytales. I combine my drive for educating children on the importance of learning about health and life lessons. I love creating vibrant characters and heartfelt lessons set against the backdrop of today’s modern world.

In 2020, I launched my new cosmetic line featuring make up, body and skin care products. Make up products featured include velvet lipsticks, liquid lip glosses, high pigmented eye shadows and an array of colors for the face and lips to name a few. Make up and skin care products featured have not been tested on animals, hypo-allergenic, non-comedogenic and paraben free.* For full details please swing by my cosmetic online store! Samples are available while supplies last!

In 2019, I ran in my very first beauty pageant representing our state capital Carson City Nevada in the Nevada-America competition and placed 1st runner-up. I currently hold the local title of Mrs. Carson City Nevada where I continue my advocacy for Pancreatic Cancer, working with congress on advancing awareness, increasing government funding for patient support, scientific research and raising awareness for Victoria's Voice to fight the opioid epidemic that our nation is facing.

Thank you for getting to know a bit about me and I hope to have your support in this journey together. I truly believe as a community we can grow and help one another in ways that is more than imagined.

In the words of the African Proverbs, if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.
